Yoga Love

The mat is where you show up for yourself. No audience, no performance — just breath, movement, and whatever you bring to it that day.

That quiet power is what the pioneers understood. Swami Vivekananda introduced yoga's philosophy to America at the 1893 World's Fair. Paramahansa Yogananda's Autobiography of a Yogi opened a generation's eyes to what the practice could be. B.K.S. Iyengar and Pattabhi Jois brought the physical discipline — precision, breath, flow — that shaped every studio that followed. And when Swami Satchidananda opened Woodstock in 1969 with a meditation, half a million people sat down and breathed together.

That tradition flows through every serious studio today — from Jivamukti in New York, where Sharon Gannon and David Life built a practice as much about liberation as flexibility, to the sun-drenched shala floors of LA where Bryan Kest brought Power Yoga to the West Coast mainstream. Whether your practice is the meditative stillness of Yin, the fiery sequence of Ashtanga, the breath-led flow of Vinyasa, the precise alignment of Iyengar, or the heat and sweat of Bikram — the mat beneath you is where it all begins.

We believe that space deserves to be beautiful. Our yoga and pilates mats are printed with original artwork — vivid, fade-resistant designs on anti-slip rubber with a soft microsuede top. Built for hot yoga, flow, and everything in between.

Because the practice is yours. The mat should be too.
