Due to the fact that all items are printed to order, we can only accept exchanges on apparel if the item you received does not match what you ordered or if the item arrives damaged or with a defect.

Products other than apparel
We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges on any other items unless they arrive damaged or you receive the wrong order.
